Xingyuan Environment (300266.SZ) subsidiary Xing'ao Environment signs debt rights transfer agreement.

Zhijing Finance APP News, Xingyuan Environment (300266.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Aohan Xingao Environment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingao Environment"), intends to sign a "Debt Assignment Agreement" and a "Supplementary Agreement" with Chifeng Xinghui Transportation Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinghui Transportation"). The agreement stipulates that Xingao Environment will transfer all remaining debts owned by the Aohan Qi City Integrated Upgrade and Ecological Protection Construction Project PPP project to Xinghui Transportation, and Xinghui Transportation agrees to accept the debt and obtain all rights and related benefits pertaining to the debt.
