Changxin Technology's IPO on the science and technology innovation board is approved by the listing committee, making it the first in China and the fourth in the world in terms of DRAM manufacturers.

According to the Securities Times app, on May 27th, Changxin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Changxin Technology) passed the listing committee meeting of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Sci-tech Innovation Board. China International Finance Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. are its sponsoring institutions, and it plans to raise 29.5 billion yuan.
