Liangdi Ge, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares and also a director of Liang Technology, announced on March 11, 2026, that he had reduced his shareholding by 600,000 shares in the company through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.1304% of the total share capital; his shareholding has decreased from 27,908,700 shares, accounting for 6.0632%, to 27,308,700 shares, accounting for 5.9328%. The reduction plan has not been completed yet.
