Nakamoto Corporation completes the acquisition of BTC INC and UTXO Management.

Satoshi Nakamoto Company announced today that, after meeting the standard closing conditions, it has successfully completed two previously announced acquisition deals: the acquisition of BTC INC, a leading media and events service provider in the bitcoin field, and UTXO Management GP, LLC, which focuses on investing in private and public bitcoin companies. A special committee has hired B. Riley Securities, Inc. as an independent financial advisor and fairness opinion provider, and hired Shengxin Law Firm as independent legal counsel.
