Fujian Quanzhou: Further relax restrictions on market access for Taiwanese investment and enterprises, deepen cooperation in integrated circuits and other fields with Taiwan.

The Quanzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued a proposal on formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development in Quanzhou City. It mentions optimizing the business environment related to Taiwan, further relaxing market access restrictions for Taiwan-funded enterprises, strengthening the alignment of market rules and economic mechanisms, and promoting the convergence of standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. It will gradually implement key projects for the integration and development of Quanzhou and Taiwan. It will deepen cooperation in integrated circuits, fine chemicals, biomedicine, equipment manufacturing, modern agriculture, and other fields with Taiwan, and construct high-quality Quanzhou Taiwan-funded investment zones, and the Taiwan Strait integrated circuit industry cooperation experimental zones and other Taiwan-related parks.
