On December 6th, Beijing signed contracts for 222 new homes and 197 second-hand homes on the housing market.

According to data from the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on December 6th, Beijing signed 163 new residential properties totaling 14,441.24 square meters. Of these, 78 were residential properties totaling 12,239.5 square meters. Additionally, 197 second-hand properties were signed totaling 16,776.91 square meters, of which 177 were residential properties totaling 16,031.08 square meters.
