The second China Talent Exchange Conference opens.

On December 6th, the second Chinese Talent Exchange Conference hosted by the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government opened in Haikou, launching the "Million Talents Prosper Hainan" action plan. Feng Fei, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech, and the Governor Liu Xiaoming presided over the opening ceremony. Yu Jiadong, the Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, delivered a speech.
