JD.com acquires 59.8% of Ceconomy's shares and voting rights.

According to a statement, JD.com has acquired approximately 59.8% of Ceconomy's share capital and voting rights after the end of the additional acceptance period for the offer. After the merger with the shares reserved by its future partner Convergenta, JD.com's total stake in Ceconomy will reach 85.2%. The completion of the transaction is still subject to obtaining regulatory approvals. Shortly after the acceptance of the offer, delisting may be implemented.
