(Shanxi State-owned Capital Operation Company) to the Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Commission) (this transfer). Before and after this transfer, Shanxi Construction Investment remains the company's controlling shareholder, and Shanxi Provincial State-owned Assets Commission is the ultimate beneficial owner of the company.
