Chongqing Construction Group: Chongqing Expressway Group plans to transfer 8.00% of the company's shares without compensation.

Chongqing Construction Group announced that Chongqing Expressway Group intends to transfer its directly held 152 million shares to Chongqing Urban Investment Group without compensation, and transfer its directly held 94.1394 million shares to Chongqing Real Estate Group without compensation. After this free transfer, Chongqing Expressway Group will still directly hold 280 million shares of the company.
