Luoyang Molybdenum Co., Ltd.: Wholly-owned subsidiary Tibet Simook subscribed for 500 million yuan worth of fund shares.

Luoyang molybdenum industry announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Shimoke Trade Co., Ltd., has signed a contract with Boyu Tianshu Self-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and other partners to establish the Boyu Xin Zhi Xin Chan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise Limited Partnership. Tibet Shimoke has subscribed to RMB 500 million of the fund shares. The fund will mainly focus on three emerging industries: technology, medical health, and consumer goods and retail.
