(02450.HK) has issued an announcement stating that: (i) Huibei Hongjian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. has been renamed as Huibei Xinghuai Holdings Co., Ltd. (Xinghuai Holdings) and has been transferred to Huibei State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the date of this announcement, Xinghuai Holdings is wholly owned by Huibei State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; and (ii) Xinghuai Mining was established on November 25, 2025. As of the date of this announcement, Xinghuai Mining is wholly owned by Xinghuai Holdings, which is in turn wholly owned by Huibei State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
