Gaolan Corporation: Intends to sell 16.9759% equity of Dongguan Silicon Flying

Gao Lan Corporation announced that the company has signed a conditional agreement on the issuance of shares and payment of cash to purchase assets with Shenzhen AKelite Technology Co., Ltd., transferring its 5.1284 million yuan investment in Dongguan Silicon Flying Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. to AKelite. The transaction will be paid for with a combination of issuing shares and cash, with each accounting for 50% of the total transaction price.
