China Tianyin Announcement: Its wholly-owned subsidiary Mudanjiang Tianyin Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. has sold its Mudanjiang City municipal solid waste incineration power generation project and related assets to the Mudanjiang City Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Management Bureau for a total price of 580 million yuan. The assets sold in this transaction include machinery and equipment, buildings, land use rights, inventory, and other operating assets. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not constitute a major asset restructuring, with an expected reduction in the company's combined net profit for the year 2025 of approximately 47 million yuan.
