Tuoxin Pharmaceutical: Subsidiary plans to invest 420 million yuan in Inner Mongolia.

TuoXin Pharmaceutical announced that its subsidiary TuoXin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. plans to sign an investment agreement with the People's Government of Togtoh County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, to invest in and construct a biological manufacturing base for pharmaceutical raw materials and health dietary supplements. The total investment of the project is 420 million yuan, with around 300 million yuan invested in fixed assets. The project land will be provided by the first party, and the second party will acquire the right to use state-owned construction land through market bidding or leasing. The project involves constructing production plants and supporting facilities on newly acquired land in Togtoh Economic Development Zone. After completion, the project will help the company reduce production costs, expand profit margins, improve the layout of the industrial chain, and enhance core profitability and sustainable development capabilities.
