Intelligence Financial News APP, Country Fortune Hydrogen (02582.HK) announced that all conditions stated in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed on December 2, 2025 as per the terms of the placement agreement. The placement agents have placed a total of 4.858 million shares of placement shares to no fewer than six underwriters at a placement price of HK$41.166 per share. The placement shares represent approximately 5.12% and 4.05% of the enlarged issued H shares and total issued shares respectively after the completion of the placement. The total amount raised from the placement is approximately HK$200 million, with a net amount of approximately HK$197 million.
