Surveillance footage showed that the customer was conducting business at the Agricultural Bank branch in Baisha, Zhongmou at 11:46 am, and was robbed by a criminal about 25 meters west of the branch. At 11:48 am, after the criminal committed the crime and fled east on a motorcycle, the bank security and staff did not immediately notice the robbery process due to the obstruction of the vehicles. At 11:54 am, bank staff called 110 for police assistance and also called 120 for emergency medical assistance to help the customer. At 11:57 am, the ambulance and police arrived at the scene, with the ambulance taking the customer to the hospital for treatment and the police controlling the scene.
