Hong Kong Land Registry: The total value of building sale and purchase agreements in November was HK$584 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8.9%.

According to the app of WiseFinance, the Hong Kong Land Registry today (December 2nd) published the statistics for the month of November 2025. Calculated using a 12-month moving average, there were 6434 building sale and purchase agreements in November (a decrease of 0.7% compared to October, but an increase of 16.6% compared to November of the previous year); the total value of these agreements was 584 billion Hong Kong dollars (an increase of 0.9% compared to October, but a decrease of 8.9% compared to November of the previous year); of the above sale and purchase agreements, residential building sale and purchase agreements accounted for 5588 (a decrease of 2.2% compared to October, and a decrease of 11.3% compared to November of the previous year).
