Plaico announced that it intends to subscribe for 4.04% of the equity of Zhongpu Biology held by Zhongxin Agriculture, with a corresponding assessed value and transfer price of 17,514,300 yuan. Zhongpu Biology is mainly engaged in foot-and-mouth disease vaccine business, with Plaico, Zhongmu Stock, and Zhongxin Agriculture holding 46.97%, 48.99%, and 4.04% respectively. Recently, Zhongxin Agriculture listed the transfer of this portion of equity, with Plaico having a right of first refusal. On December 2, 2025, the company's board of directors has approved the matter, no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for approval, and it does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. If the transaction is completed, Plaico will gain control of Zhongpu Biology.
