Fujian: Planning to build a number of medium-sized computing power infrastructure projects to promote the localization rate of the Intelligent Computing Center.

"Measures for the orderly promotion of the development of computing power infrastructure in Fujian Province" have been issued. Among them, it is mentioned that by the end of 2027, the total public computing power in the province will reach more than 12 EFLOPS. Based on the province's public computing power application needs, resource utilization, etc., plans will be made to construct a number of medium-sized computing power infrastructure projects, reasonably expand the scale of computing construction, and promote the localization rate of intelligent computing centers. The energy utilization efficiency of newly built and expanded data center will be reduced to below 1.25, and the overall on-shelf rate of data centers will not be less than 65%. At least 20 computing power application cases will be created, steadily increasing the proportion of green energy use in data centers.
