Fujian Province issues a number of measures to orderly promote the development of computing power infrastructure. Among them, it mentions enhancing the efficiency of computing power network transmission. Encouraging the planning and construction of urban computing power networks in cities such as Fuzhou, Quanzhou, and Xiamen, and promoting the construction of the "Fuzhou-Shenzhen Short Path Optical Cable" project. Upgrading and expanding the underwater optical cables "Fudan" and "Xiamen-Jinmen", exploring computing power outbound special network services relying on regional international gateway bureaus. Accelerating the research, development, and deployment of technologies such as 400G/800G optical transmission, IPv6 segmented routing, intelligent lossless networks, etc., to create a four-level latency circle with a city domain of 1ms, a provincial domain of 5ms, a 10ms hub to Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, and the Yangtze River Delta, and a national 20ms latency circle. By 2027, the coverage rate of OTN in key application sites will reach 90%.
