On that day, Suten Technology responded to reporters' inquiries, stating that "Lingming Photon's actions are suspected of infringing on trade secrets, not only damaging the technological achievements and market advantages obtained by Suten Technology through long-term research and development investment, but also having a negative impact on the innovation environment. Therefore, Suten Technology seeks to protect its legitimate rights through legal means, requiring Lingming Photon to cease the infringing behavior and assume corresponding legal responsibilities." In the evening, Lingming Photon released a statement on their official WeChat account stating, "As of now, we have not received any legal documents."
