DRAGON MINING (01712): Carlisle Caldow Procter to retire as Independent Non-Executive Director

Long Resources (01712) announced that Mr. Carlisle Caldow Procter has informed the board that he has decided to step down as an independent non-executive director at the upcoming annual general meeting of the company and will not seek re-election, in order to dedicate more time to pursuing other interests in line with his retirement plan. Upon Mr. Procter's resignation becoming effective at the end of the annual general meeting, he will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, audit and risk committee, and nomination committee.
