Golden Glory Group (00137) announced that the buyer of an indirect subsidiary in which the company holds about 55.69% equity, Jinfeng Marine Inc., entered into a shipbuilding contract with the seller, Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering Co., Ltd., on December 9, 2025. According to the terms of the shipbuilding contract, the seller agreed to construct and sell the vessel for a contract price of 33.45 million US dollars (approximately 260 million Hong Kong dollars). The vessel will be delivered to the buyer on or before October 31, 2028.
JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137) announced that its indirect subsidiary, Jinfeng Marine Inc., which holds approximately 55.69% equity interest in the company, entered into a shipbuilding contract with the seller, Nanyang Shipbuilding Engineering Co., Ltd., on December 9, 2025. According to the terms of the shipbuilding contract, the seller agreed to build and sell the vessel at the contract price of $33.45 million (approximately HK$260 million). The vessel is expected to be delivered to the buyer by October 31, 2028, or earlier.
