Nanhua Futures (603093.SH) announced that on December 8, 2025, its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanhua USA LLC, received notice from Coinbase Derivatives, LLC that it has been approved as a trading member of the exchange. Currently, Nanhua USA LLC is a clearing member of Nodal Clear, LLC, which is the designated clearing institution for Coinbase Derivatives. With this approval, Nanhua USA LLC can now trade and clear related products listed on Coinbase Derivatives.
