Zhitong Finance APP News, Joinn Laboratories (06127.HK) announced that Ms. Li Jingying has resigned from the position of joint company secretary of the Company, and ceased to serve as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the authorized representative of the Company stipulated under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to accept service of legal process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong, with effect from October 28, 2026.
