Zhitong Finance APP News, Xinqi Micro Equipment (09630.HK) issued an announcement that at the ninth meeting of the third board of directors held on October 28, 2026, upon the recommendation of the audit committee under the board of directors, the board resolved to propose the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the Company's first international auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 following its successful listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from the date on which the Company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026 approves the resolution regarding the appointment of the 2026 international auditor, and continuing until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting.
