Huaqin Technology (03296): Hu Saixiong and Huang Zhiguo resign as independent non-executive directors.

Zhito Finance APP News, Huaqin Technology (03296) announced that the Company recently received written resignation notices from Mr. Hu Saixiong (Mr. Hu) and Mr. Huang Zhiguo (Mr. Huang), the Company's independent non-executive directors. As of November 15, 2026, Mr. Hu and Mr. Huang will each have served as independent non-executive directors for six consecutive years. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the Company's Articles of Association, (i) Mr. Hu has tendered his resignation from the positions of independent non-executive director of the second session of the Board, chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Board, member of the Nomination Committee and member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee; and (ii) Mr. Huang has tendered his resignation from the positions of independent non-executive director of the second session of the Board, chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Board, member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Upon the effectiveness of the resignations, Mr. Hu and Mr. Huang will no longer hold any positions in the Company.
