Goldman Sachs: Hisense Home Appliances (00921.HK) Q3 results below expectations, maintains "Buy" rating with target price of HK$26

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that Goldman Sachs issued a research report stating that it maintains a "Buy" rating on Hisense Home Appliances (00921.HK) with a target price of HK$26. The bank noted that the company's third-quarter results were below expectations, mainly dragged down by weak domestic demand and cost inflation, with total revenue and net profit declining by 9% and 74% year-on-year respectively, 4% and 67% below the bank's expectations. Goldman Sachs believes that the market may react negatively to the company's third-quarter results, but the weak domestic demand in the third quarter has been fully understood by the market and has been partially reflected in the current valuation.
