Zhitong Finance APP has learned that artificial intelligence startup Anthropic (ANT.US) is accelerating its initial public offering (IPO), with Goldman Sachs (GS.US) and Morgan Stanley (MS.US) securing core underwriting roles for the listing transaction, with another 20 investment banks participating. In addition, the IPO registration filing published by Anthropic on Monday revealed the complex business relationships behind its rapid growth: Google (GOOG.US, GOOGL.US), Amazon (AMZN.US), and Microsoft (MSFT.US) are not only important investors, computing power suppliers, and sales channels for the company, but also its potential competitors. Furthermore, the company also warned that the high concentration of global advanced chip manufacturing and its reliance on key suppliers such as TSMC (TSM.US) may pose risks to its long-term business development.
