Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) subsidiary's server leasing agreement amount rises to 8.848 billion yuan, up about 35.64%

Zhitong Finance APP news, Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Changsha Yueyunshu Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yueyunshu") had previously signed two "Server Lease Agreements" and "Supplementary Agreements" with Customer V, with a total lease term of 5 years and a total amount of approximately RMB 6.523 billion. Recently, based on the supplementary agreements previously signed, Yueyunshu and Customer V separately signed two additional supplementary agreements regarding matters such as the rental standards and lease commencement methods for subsequent batches of equipment. The corresponding total agreement amount increased to RMB 8.848 billion, an increase of approximately 35.64%, while the rules for commencement of leases by batch were also adjusted.
