Zhitong Finance APP News, Baofa Holdings (08532) announced that on October 26, 2026, Baofa Holdings Limited (the Company) was ordered to be wound up by the High Court of Hong Kong in the company winding-up case HCCW 333/2026 under the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong, and the Official Receiver became the provisional liquidator of the Company by virtue of his office.
