GFH276 has shown encouraging preliminary efficacy and good safety in the dose-escalation phase: starting from the 40 mg QD dose level, partial response (PR) was observed in patients; in the absence of prophylactic medication, no dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) were observed at dose levels of 40-160 mg QD.
