Sinolink Securities: A-share "imperfect bottom" rebound front-run; recommends allocation along three lines including oversold rebound
Sinolink Securities released a research report stating that after 19 trading days of choppy decline from September 21 to now, the market finally welcomed a significant intraday rebound this Friday. Amid the rebound, the firm recommends responding with three approaches: oversold rebound in sub-sectors of electronics, communications, machinery and equipment, and power equipment; low-position value stocks: biological products, electronics sub-sectors, education, papermaking, chemical fibers, etc.; broad-based heavyweight directions benefiting from the ETF "backstop" effect, mainly non-bank financials. From a medium-term perspective, the firm still recommends strategic allocations to gold, a rate-reversal variety, and the energy chain, which is undergoing supply constraints and a restructuring of the competitive landscape in this round.
