Xiong'an New Area will fully enter a multi-tiered protection era of "six insurances and two funds." According to the content of the "Implementation Rules for Long-Term Care Insurance in Xiong'an New Area," Xiong'an long-term care insurance will first cover groups such as active employees, retirees, and flexibly employed persons. Insured persons whose disability status persists for more than 6 months due to old age, illness, or disability may apply for a disability level assessment. Insured employees assessed as severely disabled may independently choose institutional care or home care, with reimbursement ratios reaching up to 75%, and a maximum annual reduction of 21,600 yuan in care burdens for disabled persons. At the same time, in order to better undertake the relocation of Beijing's non-capital functions and further protect and improve people's livelihoods, Xiong'an New Area undertakes 6 national long-term care insurance reform tasks, including diversified financing and diversified protection. At present, the New Area already has 10 service institutions and four assessment institutions. By introducing high-quality nursing resources from Beijing and Tianjin and building an efficient and convenient service system, insured people in the New Area can apply for long-term care insurance benefits through various online and offline methods.
