Tianyancha App shows that Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, with its registered capital increasing from 100,000 RMB to 25.1 million RMB, a 25,000% increase. Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. was established in April 2019, with Wang Xingxing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, software sales, research and development of intelligent robots, etc. It is wholly owned by Unitree Technology Co., Ltd.
