According to CNBC, Luckin Coffee is once again considering entering the Middle East market after securing backing from Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala. Luckin Chairman Li Hui said in an interview with CNBC on Monday: "We are currently evaluating other markets and may enter regions such as the Gulf countries." Li Hui said the appeal of the Gulf market lies in stable, high-frequency coffee consumption demand, as well as growing consumer preference for low-sugar, healthy beverages.
