Zhitong Finance APP News, Dongshan Precision (002384.SZ) announced that the company is carrying out the relevant work for applying to issue overseas-listed shares (H shares) and list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The company recently received the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd." (Guohe Han [2026] No. 2328) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue no more than 234 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and list them on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
