Wah Wo Holdings and Tesla jointly establish an AI computing platform.

Wah Wo Holdings announced the introduction of AI strategic shareholder Terminus. The two parties have jointly established a joint venture platform, "Guangzhi Teke," with a registered capital of RMB 3.4 billion. Terminus has become a major shareholder of Wah Wo Holdings. The two parties will pursue initiatives around the development of a domestic computing power ecosystem and AI productivity services.
