According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 13, 2026, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had made a partial final ruling in the 337 investigation regarding certain open-type headphones: it will not review the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on July 15, 2026, and partially terminate the investigation into the respondents who could not be contacted, based on the applicant's withdrawal.
