The U.S. ITC has issued a final ruling on off-road vehicles and their components under Section 337.

On August 13, the United States International Trade Commission announced a final determination regarding certain off-road vehicles and their components: it will not review the initial determination made by the administrative law judge on July 14, 2026, thus terminating the investigation into claims 7 and 8 of U.S. Patent No. 7,819,220. The complaint and notice of investigation have been amended to assert claims 31 of U.S. Patent No. 7,950,486, and claims 9-15 and 22 of U.S. Patent No. 12,187,127.
