Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group (002430.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest in Shanghai Star Ring Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Star Ring Fusion Energy") together with Zhejiang Hangqi Turbine Power Technology Group Co., Ltd. and other investors. Among them, the company will contribute RMB 50 million to acquire a 0.66% equity stake in Star Ring Fusion Energy. After the investment is completed, Star Ring Fusion Energy will become an associate company of the company and will not be included in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.

(referred to as "Star Ring Fusion"). Among this, the company will contribute RMB 50 million to acquire a 0.66% equity stake in Star Ring Fusion. After the investment is completed, Star Ring Fusion will become an associate company of the company and will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This investment aligns with the company's strategy of strengthening, supplementing, and extending its industrial chain. As a globally leading manufacturer of air separation and cryogenic equipment, the company's deep cryogenic technology can cover the helium refrigeration cycle system required for fusion devices. Through investing in Star Ring Fusion, the company can substantively participate in the field of controlled nuclear fusion, gain in-depth exposure to and study existing controlled nuclear fusion technology pathways, and conduct targeted, experimental technology research and development on key nodes in each pathway that are related to the company's business and share commonalities, helping the company explore new markets and investment opportunities in the nuclear fusion field.
