BAR PACIFIC (08432): Leung Wai Him appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

BAR PACIFIC (08432) announced that Mr. Chow Tsz Lun has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 23 September 2026. He will also cease to act as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative of the Company authorized to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from the same date. Following Mr. Chow's resignation, the Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Leung Wai Him has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorized Representative of the Company with effect from 23 September 2026.
