Windey Energy Technology Group (300772.SZ) announced that the company plans to transfer, through a property rights trading institution, 100% equity of Jize County Hongze Wind Power Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary held by Handan Windey New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (99.75% owned by the company). If the equity transfer is successfully completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Jize County Hongze Wind Power Company and will no longer include it in the scope of consolidated financial statements.
