Shanghai Tongji Science & Technology Industrial (600846.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Tongji Construction Co., Ltd., has received a letter of acceptance issued by Shanghai Jinbinhai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Shanghai Tongji Construction Co., Ltd., in a joint bid with Shanghai Tianhua Architectural Design Co., Ltd., has won the engineering procurement and construction project for the commercial housing project on Plot 3-02-01, Unit JSC1-0403, Jinshan New City. The project is a new commercial housing development with a total gross floor area of approximately 123,234.21 square meters, including above-ground gross floor area of 82,034.21 square meters and underground gross floor area of 41,200 square meters. It includes 6 new 7-9 story mansion-style residential buildings and 2 new 5-7 story mansion-style residential buildings, 9 stacked villa residences, 20 townhouse residences, an elevated garage in the residential area on the east side, 1 ground-level power distribution room, outdoor overall works, a demonstration area, landscaping, etc. The winning bid price for the project is 810 million yuan, of which the construction price is 798 million yuan, and the construction period is 750 days. As of the date of this announcement, Shanghai Tongji Construction Co., Ltd. has completed the contract signing.
