NEW WORLD DEV (00017) announced that in relation to the proposed spin-off and independent listing of a securities investment fund on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, after submitting the application materials for the registration and listing of the securities investment fund to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 17, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a notice of acceptance in respect of the proposed spin-off on September 19, 2026.
