STARLITE HOLD(00403) has appointed Zhang Zhengcai as an independent non-executive director.
Starlight Group (00403) announced that the following changes will take effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders: (1) Mr. Guo Lingguang has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee; (2) Mr. Zhang Zhengcai has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee; and (3) Ms. Luo Junmei has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
