ASIAINFO TECH (01675) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ASIAINFO TECH (China) Co., Ltd. has recently signed a framework cooperation agreement for the "Moon Landing Project" with Beijing Dark Side Technology Co., Ltd. Both parties will conduct comprehensive cooperation in the field of Agentic AI in enterprise services based on their respective strengths. The group will leverage its excellent capabilities in the Token operation product system, the FDE (Frontline Deployment Engineer) model, and over thirty years of experience in enterprise-level services, combined with Dark Side's leading advantage in key AI technology research and foundational model products, to carry out in-depth collaboration around the Kimi large model and enterprise-level AI market. This will include Token and API service provision, model privatization deployment, industry intelligent agent construction, and large model security, addressing engineering bottlenecks and bridging the "last mile" for AI large-scale implementation. Additionally, the group will be a preferred partner for Dark Side in the telecommunications industry, and Dark Side will provide full support with equal priority. In terms of Token and API services, the group will utilize its excellent product technology capabilities in Token operations, combined with Dark Side's advantages in the Kimi large model and Token provision, to offer clients an end-to-end closed loop from resource allocation to Token measurement, billing, and optimization, assisting the group in transitioning from project delivery to continuous value operation. For FDE joint delivery, leveraging the leading capabilities of Dark Side's Kimi large model and its extensive industry influence, combined with the groups years of end-to-end delivery experience and professional FDE team resources accumulated in telecommunications and key industries, they will jointly provide high-quality integrated solutions for industry clients, including large model privatization deployment, parameter tuning, industry intelligent agent construction, and implementation and operation maintenance. In terms of overseas business expansion, both parties will integrate their advantages in resources, channels, and technology to collaboratively explore overseas markets, enhance brand international influence, and achieve global business development. Moreover, both parties will conduct product, solution, and market cooperation around large model security and intelligent agent security, achieving a deep integration of intelligence and security to jointly ensure the safe implementation of large models in the industry. A comprehensive cooperation advancement mechanism has been established between both parties, including joint working groups, regular high-level meetings, and periodic cooperation outcome assessments, to ensure the efficient advancement and effective implementation of the cooperation.
