Supported by the increasing popularity of electric two-wheelers and the rising fuel prices in some markets enhancing the economic appeal of electric vehicles, demand for YADEA's products grew in multiple overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. During the reporting period, the Group continued to expand its overseas sales and distribution network and enhanced its local manufacturing capabilities, including further enhancing its ability to meet the growing regional demand through its new manufacturing base in Vietnam, while supporting the development of overseas markets as an important long-term growth driver. Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, the Group expects that domestic demand will gradually recover as the market further adapts to new national standards and consumer acceptance of new standard products increases. The Group will continue to strengthen product innovation, optimize its product portfolio, and enhance operational efficiency, while further developing its overseas business through deepening market penetration, expanding distribution coverage, and strengthening local manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
