GOLDWAY EDU (08160) announced that the conditions precedent under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on August 24, 2026, issuing and placing a total of 11.52 million placing shares to no less than six placees in accordance with the placing agreement. As not all placing shares were fully placed, the net proceeds from the placing are approximately HKD 4.4 million, intended for repaying the groups promissory notes (principal) and general working capital.
